For sure, he will consider it a bummer. And when he goes to bed early, why not make him also get up early, like a good boy? He could use that early morning time for something useful, maybe some extra time for the household or some exercise?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I remember when my slave forgot to unload the washing machine (the laundry had been in there for two days \u2013 how gross!). It was actually really hard for me not to get actually angry. After all, he was fully aware that it was his responsibility to take care of the laundry. How could he just forget? Because I really need to cool off a bit and really did not want to give him sexy punishment, I made him run 10 km. I made him show me the GPS tracking in his running app, so there was really no way out for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some of these restrictions I have in place anyway, but an effective, non-physical punishment can be to restrict what your slave can consume. In particular, you can forbid him to eat sweets, eat meet, and\/or drink coffee or any other addictive liquids (tea, alcohol, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am an enormous fan of this category because so many advantages come with the punishment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reason behind your slave’s disobedience often stems from a lack of self-discipline and want for instant gratification. We are now surrounded by instant pleasure \u2013 and the biggest factor for that is the smart phone. Wanna look at pretty girls? Get a laugh? Read random trivia? Peek into other people’s lives? The phone allows you to do all that at the push of a button.
