Mistress has decided that ordinary discipline is no longer sufficient. Her slave has become distracted, too comfortable and increasingly accustomed to the illusion that his time, his attention and even his body remain largely his own. There have been failures of discipline, moments of selfishness and too many occasions on which the noise of the outside world has been allowed to occupy more space than the person standing directly in front of him. The coming holiday therefore presents an unusual opportunity, and Mistress has chosen to make proper use of it.
For two weeks, she imposes an intensified Sentence intended to restore discipline, deepen submission and correct past bad behavior. The Sentence is to serve as a reset of the existing order, by stripping away the habits and distractions that have allowed the old one to become less present than it should be. Screen time and outside stimulation are to be reduced as far as practical, and the slave is no longer to drift automatically towards his phone, seek entertainment whenever boredom appears or fill every unoccupied moment with some new source of stimulation. His attention is to return, again and again, to Mistress, who during the Sentence becomes his principal source of pleasure and pain, comfort and discomfort, reassurance and uncertainty.
The Sentence is not foreplay and does not exist merely to create sexual excitement. It does not follow the familiar progression from arousal to sex and then to release, nor does discipline end simply because the slave has climaxed. Punishment does not earn an orgasm, submission does not buy pleasure and an orgasm, should Mistress permit one, creates no temporary exemption from restraint, training or correction. Mistress may use, punish or restrain her slave after release just as readily as before it, because his physical excitement is incidental to the Rule and never determines when an activity begins or ends.
At the beginning of the Sentence, the slave formally renounces distraction, unnecessary comfort and self-directed pleasure. He does not promise that he will experience none of these things, because comfort may be given, pleasure may be permitted and Mistress may decide that a distraction is harmless. The renunciation concerns something more fundamental: the assumption that he is entitled to pursue them for himself whenever the desire arises. For the duration of the Sentence, he accepts that discomfort does not automatically require correction, frustration does not create a claim to relief and boredom is not an emergency. He is to stop treating every desire as though it were an instruction.
The slave enters the Rule willingly. However, Mistress is not expected to seek his opinion on any decision she makes. She does not need to ask whether he likes a restraint, whether a punishment feels fair or whether an exercise is sexually satisfying, because the Sentence is not intended to become a continuous survey of the slave’s preferences.
Morning rituals
Every morning, once unchained, begins with an offering. Before the slave reaches for a telephone or deliberately directs his attention towards the outside world, he presents himself to Mistress and lowers his body into a long prostration before her, remaining with his forehead down and his body extended until she is ready to receive him. Mistress does not need to interrupt what she is doing immediately. She may wake slowly, watch him or simply allow the silence to continue, because the waiting itself belongs to the ritual and the slave’s task is to remain where he has placed himself until his offering is accepted.
When Mistress is ready, the slave offers her his attention, his body and his discipline for the day ahead. The words may remain unchanged each morning, because their meaning should deepen through repetition: “Anticipating your wishes is my goal. Meeting your expectations is my duty, Mistress.” Mistress need not answer with anything elaborate. A simple “Accepted” is sufficient, after which she gives him a single word for the day.
That word becomes the slave’s intention and accompanies him through the hours that follow. Mistress may choose attention, patience, silence, humility, obedience, restraint, service or any other quality she believes he requires, and she is under no obligation to explain why she has selected it. The purpose of the word is not to provide the slave with a pleasant theme for reflection, but to give him a standard against which his conduct will later be examined. When he becomes irritated, distracted, self-absorbed or impatient, he is expected to remember the word Mistress gave him that morning and to recognize that in the evening he will be required to account for the way he lived under it.
The Rule also governs his speech. The slave is expected to become quieter and more attentive, to speak only when spoken to and to address Mistress correctly in every sentence whenever the Rule is active. He is not to interrupt her, fill silence merely because silence makes him uncomfortable or offer a constant stream of observations simply because a thought has entered his head. Unless Mistress permits otherwise, his mouth remains closed, and the restriction is intended not only to reduce speech but to discipline attention. Instead of constantly preparing his own next sentence, the slave listens, notices Mistress’s tone, expression and movements, and learns to distinguish between a passing remark, an expectation and an instruction.
At times, Mistress may use the ball gag or rely on the hood to make the expectation unmistakable, and she need not explain every restriction before imposing it. Part of the purpose of the Sentence is that the slave should gradually become less dependent on explanations and more capable of understanding what is required from him.
In the hotel room
Whenever the slave enters the hotel room, he knows what happens next. He goes automatically to his accustomed place and kneels, waiting to be secured. Mistress should not need to order him into position each time, nor should she have to watch him wander around the room deciding what to do with himself. The transition into the room is itself part of the Rule, and once the door has closed the physical conditions of the Sentence resume.
As a minimum, the slave’s wrists are secured behind his back and his ankles placed in leg shackles so that he remains hogcuffed and physically incapacitated. He wears his butt plug harness and chastity cage, not as equipment reserved for a special scene later in the evening, but as part of his ordinary condition whenever he is in Mistress’s room. Whenever he is hogcuffed, his eyes are also covered. The blindfold is not an occasional additional punishment but an integral part of the restraint, because the removal of sight prevents the slave from seeking stimulation in the room and narrows his world to the sounds, movements and decisions of Mistress.
During the day, Mistress will enclose his head further in the leather or rubber hood. She may choose between them according to her own preference and may combine the hood with a gag, mouth tape, nipple clamps or other equipment she considers appropriate. Mistress may hood and restrain her slave before reading, showering, getting dressed or occupying herself with something entirely unrelated to him, and his helplessness creates no obligation for her to entertain him. Indeed, part of the discipline lies in the slave learning that his own condition may feel intensely important to him while being of no immediate interest to Mistress.
He may hear her moving around the room, opening a suitcase, using her phone or running the shower without knowing whether she is approaching him or has temporarily turned her attention elsewhere. Chained to the wall or locked in a room or closet, he has to tolerate the uncertainty without attempting to make himself the center of the room. Mistress may leave him to wait because she is busy, because she wishes to rest or simply because she finds the waiting useful.
Brief relief and equipment checks are given as necessary, normally after approximately an hour during prolonged restraint. Mistress may change a position, remove the hood or allow the slave a few minutes of comfort when required, but relief is not release. Nipple clamps may be opened and closed again, the leather hood may be lifted and then drawn back over the slave’s head, and a short period of ease may merely prepare him for the next period of restraint.
The sleeping arrangement
At night, the Rule is adjusted for sleep rather than suspended. The hood is removed, and the slave’s handcuffs are moved to the front and attached to his harness so that the arrangement is safer and more practical for rest while preserving the physical reminder that he remains under Mistress’s authority. Even while asleep, his movement will be restricted by either chaining him to the wall or locking him in the room. When he wakes, the Sentence has not disappeared during the night, and no fresh decision is required to place him under the Rule again.
Morning and evening provide natural moments for ritual discipline, and Mistress administers a flogging or spanking as part of the ordinary rhythm of the Sentence. Additional punishment may be imposed whenever she believes it necessary, although there does not always need to be a recent offence. Mistress may reasonably decide that regular discipline improves attentiveness, reinforces submission and prevents deterioration in the slave’s behavior, so that punishment may be corrective, preventative or simply useful in maintaining the proper state of mind.
Discipline, submission and punishment
Before Mistress uses the flogger, riding crop or strap-on, she presents it to the slave’s mouth and he kisses it. It is an acknowledgement of the instrument Mistress has chosen and of the fact that its purpose, timing and intensity belong to her.
Punishments are unapologetic. Enjoyment is not the standard against which the Sentence is measured. A punishment may be unpleasant, a restraint may be frustrating, and a period of training may be difficult, and Mistress is permitted to recognize these facts without immediately treating them as problems that must be corrected.
Sex during the Sentence has a clear priority, and that priority is Mistress’s pleasure. The slave is expected to pay attention, to learn and to become inventive, and Mistress should not have to issue detailed instructions for every movement simply because the slave finds explicit commands easier than studying her reactions. He is expected to discover what satisfies her and to improve his usefulness over the course of the holiday, doing so without assuming that anything will be returned.
The chastity cage may remain locked during sex and may remain locked for most or all of the holiday. Mistress may enjoy the slave’s mouth, his attention and his service while leaving his own arousal unresolved, and she may allow frustration to accumulate over several days simply to observe what effect it has on his behavior. Should Mistress discover that a frustrated slave listens more carefully, anticipates her wishes more readily and becomes less preoccupied with himself, she is under no obligation to interpret that discovery as an argument for releasing him.
The slave’s orgasm remains entirely within Mistress’s discretion. She decides whether he is touched, whether stimulation continues and whether release is permitted. If an orgasm is granted, it does not purchase freedom or bring the day’s discipline to a conclusion. Mistress may return him to the hogcuff, continue training or administer punishment afterwards, because the Sentence continues according to her decision rather than according to the slave’s sexual rhythm.
Two weeks also give Mistress the opportunity to train rather than merely experiment. She need not demand everything on the first evening, because the Sentence permits gradual intensification, allowing the slave to adapt to one standard before she raises it again. A position may be maintained for longer, a punishment may become more demanding, and penetration may progress further than it did on the previous occasion. The direction of development belongs to Mistress, and the slave’s task is to adapt.
Oral training forms an explicit part of the Sentence. Mistress may begin cautiously and progressively increase depth, duration and intensity as the slave becomes more capable of accepting what is required of him. The objective is not necessarily to create a pleasurable sexual experience for the slave, but to train his reactions, increase his ability to accept penetration and make his mouth more useful to Mistress. She determines the pace, may interrupt the training and resume later, and may repeat an exercise until she is satisfied before increasing the expectation again.
Mistress may require the slave to accept bodily fluids orally. Because of possible medicine residues, urine does not have to be swallowed, although Mistress remains free to use it as part of the Sentence within that limitation. Oral and anal penetration need not be treated as separate chapters of a carefully planned program. Mistress may move between them according to her own preference and may deliberately alter the sequence.
The slave does not determine which part of his body Mistress uses next or in which order her training proceeds. Mistress may require him to clean toys and used condoms orally after use. These acts may serve humiliation, service and training at the same time, but their wider purpose is also to prevent the slave from retreating into the comfort of anticipating what will happen next. If he begins to believe that he has understood the program, Mistress remains free to alter it, because the Rule does not contain a fixed program for him to master. It contains Mistress and her decisions.
Rituals
At the end of the day, the slave washes. The washing is deliberate and unhurried and marks his transition away from the heat, noise and distractions of the day into the evening observances of the Sentence. He showers and cleans himself thoroughly, taking care not to rush merely because he expects something more exciting to happen afterwards. The washing is itself part of the discipline, because it requires him to make himself orderly and ready before presenting himself to Mistress.
Once finished, he presents himself naked and kneels in his place. Mistress may inspect him if she wishes, correct something she considers insufficient or simply look at him and proceed.
The evening examination of conscience then returns the slave to the word he received that morning. Mistress reminds him of it, and he examines the day through the standard she chose for him. If the word was attention, he considers the moments in which his mind wandered unnecessarily towards his phone, his own thoughts or other distractions. If the word was patience, he identifies irritation, restlessness and the moments when he silently demanded that events proceed at his preferred pace. If Mistress chose humility, he considers pride, entitlement and self-importance, and if she chose obedience, he examines hesitation, delay and the subtle temptation to comply only after internally negotiating with her instruction.
Because the slave’s hands are not free to keep a journal, the examination is spoken. When Mistress permits him to speak, he first identifies where he believes he lived according to the day’s intention and then, more importantly, where he failed. The confession is expected to be honest and specific. He does not minimize his failures, hide behind vague language or provide elaborate explanations designed to turn a failure into something understandable and therefore excusable. Most importantly, he does not seek reassurance or invite Mistress to tell him that he is being too hard on himself.
Mistress listens. She may ask a question if something interests her, but she is not required to analyze every point or turn the examination into a discussion of the slave’s feelings. Once she has heard enough, she decides whether the failures confessed require punishment, whether the ordinary evening discipline is sufficient or whether the examination itself has fulfilled its purpose. The slave does not recommend his own sentence, because his task has been to give an account and judgement belongs to Mistress.
After punishment, difficult training or another demanding exercise, Mistress does not ask the slave whether he liked it. The question is unnecessary and would place his enjoyment at the center of an act whose purpose may have been discipline, correction or service. Once the slave has regained his composure, he kneels and thanks Mistress for the discipline she has given him.
This gratitude is not a declaration that pain was pleasurable or that every moment was enjoyable. It is not an erotic review and does not invite a conversation about whether Mistress performed well. The slave thanks her for accepting responsibility for his discipline, for maintaining the Sentence and for refusing to make his immediate comfort the measure of every decision. Mistress may acknowledge the gratitude or simply receive it in silence, and the slave does not require praise for having remembered what the Rule expects of him.
Out and about
Outside the room and in the presence of the family, the Sentence becomes invisible but remains fully in effect. Nobody else is to be drawn into the dynamic or made aware of it, yet Mistress may continue to regulate the slave’s behavior through discreet rules and quiet instructions. She may restrict his speech, decide how much he eats, forbid a drink, snack or dessert, or require him to maintain a particular distance from her, perhaps by remaining two steps behind while they walk.
A rule may last ten minutes or remain in force for the entire day, and Mistress does not need to justify its duration. Her wishes are expected to be fulfilled promptly and without visible drama. She may give an instruction quietly enough that nobody else notices and then continue the family holiday as though nothing unusual has happened, while the slave smiles, participates and behaves normally with the knowledge that his conduct remains subject to the Rule.
The morning’s intention remains relevant here as well. The word Mistress gave him is not intended only for moments of formal ritual or restraint, but for precisely those situations in which the Sentence is outwardly invisible. He may sit at the same restaurant table as everyone else while remembering that patience was his assigned virtue, or watch another person order dessert knowing that Mistress quietly forbade it to him fifteen minutes earlier. Nobody else needs to understand the significance of these things. Mistress knows, the slave knows, and that is sufficient.
When Mistress and slave are alone outside the room, particularly at night, she may allow the dynamic to become more visible. The slave may be required to always address her correctly, wear leather cuffs or dress in clothing chosen to remind him of his position. Leather pants or other visible signs of the dynamic may be required whenever Mistress considers the circumstances appropriate.
They may walk through the hotel, sit somewhere for a drink or spend an otherwise ordinary evening outside while the slave remains aware that the situation can change through a few quiet words. Mistress may tell him that he has spoken too much, remind him of the day’s intention or simply decide that it is time to return. The slave knows what is waiting in the hotel room and knows that once they enter, he will go automatically to his place, kneel and wait for Mistress to secure his wrists behind his back, shackle his ankles and cover his eyes.
The knowledge of what awaits him should follow him through the evening without requiring Mistress to constantly reinforce it. The Rule is strongest when it begins to occupy the slave’s attention on its own.
At the end of the day, after the examination, any punishment Mistress considers appropriate and the preparation of the slave for sleep, Mistress removes the hood and rearranges his restraints into the established sleeping position, with his hands cuffed in front and attached to the harness. Once she has checked what needs to be checked, she places a hand on the slave’s head and gives him the same blessing each night.
“Remain quiet. Remain disciplined. Remember who you belong to.”
The slave receives the words in silence. Mistress does not need to vary the blessing or make it more elaborate, because its force lies precisely in repetition. The same words are spoken at the end of the first day, after the fifth and when the Sentence is approaching its conclusion, and with each repetition they should require less explanation.
The following morning, before the outside world is permitted to reclaim his attention, the slave lowers himself into prostration again, offers Mistress his attention, his body and his discipline, and receives a new word for the day. In this way, the Rule establishes a rhythm that gradually ceases to feel like a collection of separate rituals. The offering, the intention, the restraints, the kiss placed on the flogger or strap-on, the washing, confession, punishment, gratitude and final blessing become the order of his days.
By the end of the two weeks, the slave should be quieter, more attentive and less dependent on constant stimulation. He should be less inclined to interpret every discomfort as a problem requiring an immediate solution, more capable of waiting and more sensitive to Mistress’s voice, expression and expectations. Comfort should feel temporary, pleasure uncertain and discipline entirely available to Mistress.
Most importantly, the question occupying the slave’s mind should begin to change. He should spend less time asking himself what he wants to do, what he wants to watch or what pleasure he might receive next, and another question should arise in its place with increasing ease.
What does Mistress want?
For two weeks, Mistress has time, privacy, discipline and a slave placed almost entirely at her disposal. The Rule is established, the Sentence has been imposed, and Mistress can make proper use of the opportunity.
Safety, or: “Ouch” is not a safe word
Yes, there is a safe word. But its sole purpose is to prevent lasting harm. In other words, its use must be justified and meet the purpose. The potential for harm lies mainly in the obstruction of airways and blood circulation. That is why the slave’s predicament is slightly eased at night (no hood, cuffs in front, not behind the back). The safe word can never be used to escape from submission, discipline and punishment.
