Mistress and slave working together as a power couple.

This is a comprehensive proposal for a Femdom relationship. It consolidates many of the elements discussed in further detail in other posts.

Goal

• A comprehensive training program to ensure the slave’s full submission to his Mistress

Housework requirements

– Laundry: three loads per day
– Bed made
– Kitchen clean by 10 am
– No objects on floor
– Dinner prepared by 6 pm

Daily routine

“At 9am, you report for duty, on your knees, wearing your sailor uniform. That’s when I give you the order of the day. After that, I do not want to hear you, you may only speak when spoken to. Every sentence starts and ends with ‘Ma’am’. Your first task, every day, will be to spend half an hour on cleaning the house. If you must work in the morning, then you must clean earlier.”

Cockcage

The slave always wears his cockcage. After all, why would he ever not wear one? He is entitled to a 1-hour break in the morning and breaks for physical activities. Whether he wears it overnight and on weekends depends entirely on his behavior.

Punishment:  A cockcage is a nuisance when worn casually, but a punisher once the wearer gets excited. Turns a sensual touch into discipline.

Buttplug

Buttplugs are quite a bit stricter than the cockcage, highly effective. To keep in mind: walking and sitting with it is difficult, but possible.

Ballgag

Talk too much? Did I say something wrong? Ballgags can be a tool for instant feedback. They become the more unpleasant the longer they are worn. A little break after 30 minutes would be nice.

Lunch

The slave will keep himself available around lunchtime, that is, between 11.30 and 13.30. He will ensure that the Mistress receives her lunch as per the weekly planning or morning orders. Depending on his behavior and Mistress’ satisfaction, slave will either be rewarded with a meal or have bread and water while locked up in the cell.

Evening plans

“Your Mistress does not require you tonight. I will watch my Brazilian show. In the meanwhile, you will be at my feet and do some breath training.”

Breath training

“Your only connection to the world, your lifeline, will be me.”
Highly necessary, cannot be done enough. Slave’s mouth is filled with some cloth so he cannot breathe through it.  Plenty of tape so he cannot spit it out. Hood over the head to allow for breathing only through the nose and induce full submission. Hands cuffed behind back, maybe to wall or feet. This activity is very intense. Although rewarding, it requires monitoring.

Possible punishment: Up to 10 seconds without air … tough, but no health risk.

“Small sins …. are punished immediately. Let’s quickly review the day and punish you accordingly.”

Mistress’ riding crop

It. Hurts. A. Lot.
Perfect for immediate feedback. Gentle strokes on the butt for warming up. Harder strokes for bad behavior. Same applies to candle wax.

Or everybody gets lucky: “Go to the bedroom and wait for me there.”

Bedtime / sleeping arrangement

“It is my bedtime, now give me a sleep well massage and afterwards go to sleep quietly.” The slave will enable Mistress’ sleep ritual in every way. E.g., by lighting candles, making tea, and giving massages.

If the slave is not invited to sleep in the Mistress’ bed, he sleeps in his cell. The Mistress may impose a lockdown: the door will be locked, and his hands cuffed straight-jacket style. This prevents undue entertainment and masturbation.

In the unlikely case that he is invited to sleep in the Mistress’ room, he will do everything to not be a nuisance. He will usually wear a full-face mask that allows breathing through the nose only. Mistress might restrain him further to reduce his space consumption.

Weekly routine

Coding

Time to work on the app – a project of Mistress and slave. Proposal: 8 hours per week of coding. Mistress allocates the time (ideally evenings, e.g., 20-24 twice a week). Best to decide on it during weekly planning. Goals are defined and checked.

Weekly menu planning

Ideally 30 minutes (max.) on Monday mornings. The slave will take care of the rest.

Sports and exercise

Slave must show 15 km in the running app per week and make it possible that Mistress exercise three times a week.

Art & recreation

Slave is entitled to two hours of piano practice per week.

Weekends

Saturdays and Sundays (until 8 pm) are dedicated to family activities. If necessary, Mistress might impose the cockcage, nevertheless.

Special punishments

If external circumstances allow for it, Mistress might order jail time / heavy confinement for the slave. Duration and conditions of encarceration at her will.

Nipple and other clamps

Mega sexy at first, painful when worn longer – an intense combination of pleasure and pain. Pulling them, or taking the off and putting them on again is even more painful. Allow for blood circulation every 15 minutes. Clothespins can also be used for different parts of the body.

Feedback loop

Sunday evenings are for self-reflection. What went well? What didn’t?

Safeword

The safeword must be duly justified. Unnecessary use will be punished, and the interrupted activity resumed.

The general setup is to be discussed primarily in the weekly self-reflection meeting.

Behavior outside our home

The Mistress/slave relationship extends beyond our four walls. In settings involving family, friends, co-workers, we will be discrete about it. In more anonymous settings (e.g., parties, out of town, …) Mistress can enforce openly submissive behavior.
